2. In a separate document, please also answer the following three questions based on role-profile criteria (no more than 250 words per answer). In order to de-bias the evaluation process, we ask that you do not include any personal information on this document.
   
   a. Please describe a time when you personally led or played a significant role in securing income for an organisation. What was the source of funding (e.g. trusts, foundations, individual giving, public sector), and how did you approach it strategically?
   
   b. Give a specific example of how you have managed an organisation or department’s budget. How did you monitor financial health, manage risk, and ensure resources were used effectively?
   
   c. Describe your experience of leading a team through a period of change or challenge. How did you support staff, build morale, and maintain performance during this time?
